BSRK BMW 650i Vehicle Giveaway Official Rules

1. SPONSOR
 

The giveaway is sponsored and administered by BSRKCO ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY
 

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

• Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by a Canadian province or territory.

• Are legally eligible to register and insure a motor vehicle in their province or territory of residence.
   

Employees, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor may be deemed ineligible at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

3. PRIZE
 

One (1) winner will receive a 2007 BMW 650i Convertible.

The vehicle will be transferred to the winner with a valid Ontario Safety Standards Certificate issued prior to transfer.
 

The prize is awarded "as-is" except as expressly stated herein. The winner is responsible for all registration fees, licensing fees, insurance costs, transportation costs, taxes, and any other expenses associated with taking possession of and operating the vehicle unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor.
 

4. ENTRY
 

Eligible participants will receive entries based on qualifying purchases as advertised by the Sponsor.
 

Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value.
 

5. WINNER SELECTION
 

The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received and verified by the Sponsor.

The draw will take place on a date determined and announced by the Sponsor.
 

6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
 

As a condition of being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate entrant.
 

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
 

The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry.

If the selected entrant:

• Cannot be contacted,

• Fails to respond within the time specified by the Sponsor,

• Is found to be ineligible, or

• Fails to satisfy any requirement of these Official Rules,
   

the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.
 

8. VEHICLE TRANSFER
 

Prior to receiving the vehicle, the winner may be required to:

• Provide proof of age and identity;

• Provide proof of a valid driver's license;

• Execute a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release; and

• Complete all documentation necessary to transfer ownership of the vehicle.

Ownership of the vehicle will not be transferred until all required documentation has been completed and accepted by the Sponsor.
 

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
 

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements relating to the giveaway for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
 

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may result in disqualification and legal action.
